Year 7

In year 7 pupils will do two modules in Resistant materials, the first being a pen and pencil holder . The second project would be to design and make a bird feeder.

Year 8

Resistant materials in year 8 consists of pupils designing and making a travel game. This projects includes the use of both traditional methods of construction as well as CAD CAM technology.

Year 9

In year 9 pupils take on the task of designing and making a pull along toy of their choice after studying various types of mechanisms.
